Quality of care — under control

Aivault checks every visit against the protocols of Ukraine’s Ministry of Health (MoH) and your clinic’s internal protocols. The doctor gets a hint while the patient is still in the room; management gets scores, trends, reports and an estimate of lost revenue.

  • Ukraine’s MoH protocols
  • Your clinic’s own protocols

Control over every visit, analytics for management, a hint for the doctor — and a calculation of what missed tests cost the clinic.

Control

Every visit checked

Each visit gets a score from 1 to 5 for how well it follows the protocol. The big number is the average score for the last day; the line shows how it has changed.

Help for the doctor

A hint during the visit

While the patient is still in the room, the doctor sees which protocol requirements are not met yet and what exactly to order. The decision is always the doctor’s.

Aivault hint

Protocol requirements not met. Order:

  • fasting glucose, total cholesterol
  • creatinine (calculate eGFR)
  • complete blood count and urinalysis — first visit

How it works

Three steps to the first check

  1. We connect to your clinic’s system

Through the API of your medical information system. Doctors keep working as before.

  2. Aivault checks every visit

It compares tests and treatment with the MoH protocols and your clinic’s internal protocols. Every requirement is backed by a quote from the source document.

  3. You see the result

The doctor gets a hint during the visit; management gets analytics, reports and the lost-revenue estimate.

Key questions, answered briefly

Where does Aivault get the protocol requirements from?

From the clinical protocols and standards of Ukraine’s Ministry of Health and from evidence-based medicine sources in our library. For every requirement we keep the document it comes from and show a quote from it in the check, so it is easy to verify.

Can visits be checked against the clinic’s own protocols?

Yes. In addition to the MoH protocols, you can add your clinic’s own protocols.

How does Aivault calculate lost revenue?

It compares the tests the protocol calls for with what the doctor ordered and prices the missed ones at your clinic’s rates. This is an estimate of a missed opportunity, not guaranteed extra revenue.

Does Aivault replace the doctor?

No. Aivault shows what the protocol calls for and points out what was missed. The final decision is always the doctor’s.

What kind of facilities is Aivault for?

Private clinics, specialised centres, medical laboratories and public hospitals.

Which medical information systems does Aivault work with?

Integrations with DocDream and Lakmus are already working. We connect other systems through their API, including clinics’ in-house software.

How long does implementation take?

If your system has an API, within a week. If extra setup is needed, usually 2–4 weeks.

How much does Aivault cost?

The price depends on the number of modules, the amount of data to process and the integration format. Write to us and we will send you a detailed estimate.

How is patient data protected?

Data comes from your medical information system through its API, and the clinic decides who can see the results. We provide a detailed description of our security measures on request.
