Can a clinic use its own protocols?
Yes. In addition to the Ministry of Health protocols, the clinic’s internal protocols can be added to the check. Scope and timing are agreed during implementation.

How a protocol becomes a check
Each protocol is broken down into a requirement register — separate lines with conditions: diagnosis, age, severity, what exactly to prescribe or test. When checking a visit, Aivault checks every line and marks it as met, missed or not applicable to the visit.
